HowTo Simswitch

1. maingroup only: create news category
2. maingroup only: add corresponding folder via FTP
3. add simswitch to 'plot overview' page
4. add simswitch to 'simulation overview' page
5. make sure 'character overview' page mentions correct current sims
6. add new sim to 'simulation overview' page
7. remove sim from to-be-played section of the 'simulation overview' page
8. link out to the new sim from old sim's wiki page in the 'Node' section
9. link out to the old sim's wiki page in the new sim in the 'Node' section
10. remove 'Unplayed Simulations' category from sim wiki page
