Scarred Psyche

A virtual club, dedicated to providing a safe space for leather and BDSM fetishists as well as GBLT and "furries". It was named by the proprietor, Medea Rampant, to reflect the fact that she had decided to "embrace" her Scarred Psyche and become functional without medication.

History

Scarred Psyche was created by a woman known online solely as Medea Rampant - a woman that many have come to fear and/or hate. Hiding behind her online avatar, in no way linking it to her offline persona, she has become an activist for the rights of subcultures to exist without persecution. Scarred Psyche, her club, was originally located on GlobalCities until her account was cancelled for "Adult Content" after a particularly raunchy evening. She went on the warpath, citing several clubs that do not cater to the BDSM or leather communities, and insisting that that was the real reason she was being shut down and "evicted". No less than six lawyers have been hired to represent her at one time or another, all of whom quit before her class-action suit could go to trial.

The club is currently hosted on a private server dedicated to the Leather subculture; it moves periodically, however, typically shortly after a series of phone calls from Medea Rampant to the server's owner over some minor issue or another.
