Purpose

Same as 'Articles needing ideas', in that these articles should be monitored and expanded. However, unlike the other category, the articles aren't meant to be free for all.

The template should be used sparingly, if at all. It's a good thing to use if you just wrote the beginnings of an article that you firmly intend to expand a few days later when you've gathered your notes/thoughts/et cetera. You should avoid using this as a way to get territorial. Don't claim subjects just because you can, the wiki is open editing for a reason.

To add to box (and category) to articles, put {{claimed|username=your username}} at the top of the article, e.g. {{claimed|username=pinkgothic}}.

How do I fix these articles?

Unless you are the claimer, you don't.

Alternatively, if a page is here for a long time and you haven't been able to reach the claimer, you can remove the template. When in doubt whether that is the right etiquette in a given case, just ask a GM!
