appearance	Israel is a young woman of northern European descent, with slightly hawkish features and medium-length brown hair often naturally forming into feather-like "spikes" that rest across her shoulders and upper back. She has very little variety in her dress, often only wearing a black trench coat over generic jeans and a T-shirt. Her ears are pierced by multiple silver rings, and she has bright amber eyes. Along her spine, neck, and at the base of her skull there are almost a dozen cortical uplink sockets that could feasibly allow her to connect to most technology with the right adapters.

attitude	Israel is colorful and intuitive, with a mind for machinery and electrical systems- and has evolved the dexterity to perform many tasks. She harbors very little hatred or even mild dislike, though she has the potential to hold vicious grudges. She is very stubborn, as a rule, and loves to tell stories. Most of her behavior is odd, a result of spending nearly all of her life in her avatar form instead of her much rarer human body. As a result of ARCLIGHT, she believes the network and the real world to be one single entity. She knows very little of her early history, including anything before the age of 14, though this doesn't seem to bother her in any real capacity.
