Hack

Adds a hidden ==anchor== to the page where placed, making that point appear in the table of contents.

Usage

Place... 

{{HiddenAnchor|anchor}}

...relative to other headlines where you'd like it to 'appear' in the TOC. For example:

{{HiddenAnchor|2}}
==3==
