Null

Null (or in case of ambiguous context, Null sim or Null world) is the colloquial term for a blank local network simulation, usually rendered as a cubic, featureless white room with a perfectly central but imperceptible light source along with plenty ambient lighting. The precise rendition and purpose depends on user client, however, but it usually serves as a backdrop for those who don't have a homepage set to get used to their avatar before keying in any addresses.
