If you're wondering why it's not a copyright notice: I'm hesitant to put one in the place of that blurb, because I know some people might get permission to use pictures they don't have copyright to.

The bigger change is that new sign-ups will now be prompted to change their settings and contact details, and reminded about where the action happens. This goes away after one login and logout, or if the user expressly decides to close the blurb.
