I've gotten sick and tired of the mod_rewrite bug that forces double-url-encoding, so the canonical names of news entries have changed. I've gone through the entire wiki and changed the links from there, too.

Regardless of that, the news page should hard-redirect to its new canonical name even if you feed it an outdated link.

I may end up doing a similar change to character profiles - but best don't hold your breath.
