Altered screen-cap from Pirates of Dark Water from Hanna Barbera.

Stitched panning frames. Additionally, since I didn't want blinking lights on any of the pillars (the eerie glow is much nicer without the 'shiny thing here' denoting star-shaped blink) I applied some trickery to get the ninth pillar to be clean of it, involving a smudge tool and overlays from several frames.
